Your attitude Ch5 BB.  Your public management skills are non-existent and your every pronouncement reeks of arrogance.  Either you are being poorly advised, poorly briefed, misquoted OR you are arrogant.
You may think you are dealing with a vociferous minority who don't know what's best for them but we are the most articulate and determined subset of your audience and we have been watching BB for far longer than you have being playing games of producing it.  We understand the manipulation of audiences and we accept some of it as part of the game.  What we dont accept is your flagrant disregard of what it is that actually makes the programme work.
It works because we watch it and study the people and understand them, probably better than they do themselves.  We observe them, all the nuances, body language, verbal language, inter-relationships, habits & skills.  That is why we like the programme.  Don't tell us that the way forward for BB is social media.  It is no substitute for Live Feed.  It never will be.  But Live Feed is what makes the programme work.  It is pure arrogance to tell us that we are wrong and you are right.

You change your attitude and we will cheer up and even help the show along by talking positively about it.
