BB is sponsored by Andrex toilet tissue, so soft you can use it straight from the freezer

Heaven: "Jay is cool, apart from him shitting in our freezer and having to get all our food bloody taken out"

Company Stooge "Allegedly, allegedly, allegedly"

Heaven: "No he actually did do that for a joke"

Company Stooge ""Allegedly, allegedly, allegedly, keep going"

Heaven: "Come on, you lot saw that"

Heaven on BBBOTS

We never saw it Heaven.   No live Feed thank goodness.  It makes Sandy pissing in the bin pale into insignificance though.

  1. This 'incident' proves two things:

    1) The lack of Live Feeds shows that Channel 5 can't run this show properly,

    2) That Channel 5 is using convenient editing to show favor to one housemate over others.

I wonder if the housemates know that there is NO LIVE FEED??

Two recently evicted housemates (Not Heaven) have confirmed this 'story' and also added a couple more to make this more juicy.

Jay talked about having sexual trysts with 5 women at once.
He also told a story of how he 'fisted' an animal.
Is this the Jay that Channel 5 is showing lately? Of course not.

One thing is for sure. If there was a Live Feed, and this 'incident' had happened, Jay would have been kicked out of the house, and even on a grander scale, Channel 5 might have been fined by OfCom.
Shitting anywhere near food is a health hazard. It is Big Brother's job to protect housemates from potential harm.
So Jay stays in the house.
What does that tell you about Channel 5's integrity?

  2. Thanks Dr D. I was pondering this earlier. There are a couple of options, maybe 3.
    1. They thought they would be good at it.
    2. They thought they might not be good at it.
    3. They never gave a shit because they were focused on another game and they thought that the BB transmission would be the key to facilitating that game.

So, 1. Did they imagine that they would be good at it without or with Endemol's assistance? Endemol are have years of experience and BB in probably 100 countries. If they asked for Endemol's advice they either did not get it or chose to ignore it.
Enedemol must be anxious to preserve the brand integrity. I cannot believe that they were enthusiastic about these departures from format but they must have been involved, they have more at stake globally than Ch5. They must have been very confident that they could cope if they thought they would be good at it.

If 2. Most people would be concerned that they would struggle initially or they might be rubbish at coping with sudden problems. I would. But they seem to have been sure that they would be good enough, or, if it went pear shaped, it did not matter as long as the end game went through OK.

So 3 looks interesting. They saw BB as a way or generating revenue for downstream products like magazines and spin off shows. If that was the case all they needed to do was keep BB in the public eye and generate a character base that had the public's interest. And that is looking less and less likely all the time as numbers continue to fall.

What I cannot understand is why they are not doing something now. I would if I was in charge. And as for their integrity; I am not sure it is one of their key assets.
